The following materials have been developed by POA and the Pennsylvania Association for the Blind to increase the number of patients in Pennsylvania who receive low vision rehabilitation services and devices. The project is funded by a Healthy Eyes Healthy Persons 2010 grant from the American Optometric Association and Vision Service Plan.
