Donald H. Evans, O.D. Award

Through the Pennsylvania Vision Conservation Institute (VCI), POA’s non-profit public information arm, members of the POA has made available a $1,000 award. This award is presented to a Pennsylvania-resident senior at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry (PCO) based on outstanding involvement in the college, the visual welfare of the public and the community.
