| This course aims to provide the primary care optometrist with the tools and confidence to provide comprehensive eye care to their preschool patients. It will review testing procedures and techniques for examining patients from 2-5 years old and highlight top considerations for each part of the evaluation. It will also discuss the most common medical, genetic, and traumatic issues which may present in a clinical setting. The course will leave the clinician with valuable clinical pearls on identifying and treating disease as well as a newfound confidence for conquering the preschool exam. |
