The bay is calling!

Join the POA at the Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay
Reconnect with family, friends, and colleagues at the 342-acre waterfront resort and spa near Chesapeake Bay. The AAA Four Diamond getaway includes the 18-hole River Marsh Golf Course, 150-slip marina, full-service Sago Spa, and countless ways to play in the sun. Nestled among virgin hardwood forest, open fields, and native sand pockets, the River Marsh Gold Course celebrates the eastern shore’s beauty. Prepare for an epic challenge at the 18th green, bordered from tee to hole by the Choptank River.

Lounge by Cresent Pool, the outdoor infinity pool, with breathtaking views of the Choptank River or slide down the waterslide at the nearby outdoor activity pool. Don’t forget to kick back and relax at the new adult-only hot tub overlooking the beach and Choptank River. Before your arrival, reserve a poolside cabana by contacting the resort. Lounge poolside year-round in the Wintergarden atrium that houses both the indoor pool and indoor hot tub. Take an evening dip and enjoy the nightly dive-in movies.

If you are ready to get out and get moving, the resort includes facilities and equipment for tennis, basketball, beach volleyball, disc golf, miniature golf, and horseshoes—plus, trails for walking and jogging.

You will be close to Easton, St. Michaels, and Cambridge if you are looking for history, quaint shops, and good food.
Reservations can be made here. The POA’s starting room rate is $281 and includes a discounted resort fee. Upgraded rooms and suites are available at a higher discounted rate. The cut-off for reservations is August 15 by 11:59 p.m.

Let’s get social
We’ll kick off the weekend on Friday evening with cocktails and light bites—a relaxed get-together to reconnect with old friends and meet some new ones. It’s a casual, family-friendly event, so feel free to bring the kids along and come as you are; casual attire is perfect. After the reception, there are plenty of dinner options to explore. The resort has several great spots to eat and you’ll also find great restaurants nearby in Cambridge, Easton, and St. Michaels.

We’re getting together Saturday night for a laid-back, late-summer dinner outside by the Choptank River. Expect great views, boats bobbing in the marina, and, if the weather cooperates, a sunset that’ll be hard to beat. It’s family-friendly too, with lots of space for the kids to run around and burn off some energy. Come as you are!
